To redeem you'll need to log into your PA account 

Add the item you purchased to the cart 

Enter the code on the box next to "Use Voucher" 
Click on "Use Voucher" 

If redeeming multiple items make sure to add one item at a time to the cart per code, otherwise it will not recognize the code properly.
